Learn and Earn

The Learn and Earn Program is a component of Mr. and Ms. Mentoring that focuses on educating the youth of the financial basics. Youth will receive trainings, and each youth will receive several templates of examples taught, so that they can incorporate it into their own vision once graduated. The goal is to place youth with an employer of choice, where they will learn skills and task that help that employer complete their job on a daily basis.

Youth will give 10 hours per week at their designed location. They will receive on the job training learning task and duties pertaining to that skill.

Commitment:

Summer Sessions – Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 hours each session 10am to 2pm.

Christmas Break – Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 hours each session 10am to 2pm.

Spring Break– Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 hours each session 10am to 2pm.
